Not the same as the the one advertisement I asked for a refund but your agent is constantly making it difficult for me to return I will be putting details on Trustpilot ect and will definitely advise anyone not to do business with your company.

We ordered a 1.4 option in dark grey and we are very pleased with it. Arrived in 2 boxes. It is well made and arrived mostly assembled. This review would have been 5* but for the assembly instructions not relating to the bed we have. A simple construction took much longer than it should have because of the resulting confusion. It is very firm so I’m going to get a mattress topper.
