Bunk beds are useful when a bedroom needs more sleeping space without using more floor area. They can work well in children's rooms, guest spaces and shared bedrooms where storage, desks or play space also need to fit comfortably.
Before ordering, measure the ceiling height, bed height and the walkway around the frame. Check where the ladder sits, how the bed opens or converts if it has a sofa bed function, and whether nearby wardrobes or doors will still be easy to use.
Comfort and access matter as much as size. Look at mattress support, guard rail details, upholstery or fabric finish, and how the design fits with the rest of the room. You can also compare kids beds for more compact bedroom options.
