3-Year Product Guarantee

We want every Weilai Concept piece to help you build a home you love. For extra peace of mind, eligible products include a 3-year product guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

What does it cover?

Our guarantee covers manufacturing faults and structural issues that are not caused by normal use, including:

• Faulty workmanship during manufacture.
• Frame, joint or stability faults.
• Functional components such as handles, hinges, drawer runners, mechanisms, table extensions and storage fittings.

What is not covered?

The guarantee does not cover issues caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect assembly, poor maintenance, normal wear and tear, staining, scratches, fabric fading, natural material ageing, unauthorised repairs, commercial use or unsanitary product condition.

How do I make a claim?

Contact our customer service team by email, phone or chat with your order number and proof of purchase. We may ask for photos or videos so we can assess the issue properly.

What happens next?

If a covered fault is confirmed, we will help arrange a suitable solution. Depending on the issue, this may include replacement parts, repair support, a replacement product or an equivalent solution where the original item is no longer available.
