Am glad that I have a great experience with this company, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

We bought a snail armchair for our new house. Everything was ready for instant delivery as they were in stock.

Prices were the best I could find on the internet for comparable product, and I got the product in less than a week.

Good shopping experience. Friendly, informative Customer service and diverse choice of items.

It came as expected. Now I am hurry to put it in my living-room.

This chair was far to small/low and not comfortable at all for my liking.
I contacted Weilal Concept customer. Services to return it and was told it was non returnable due to it being a clearance item!
This was not made clear at the time of purchase. I would not have purchased the chair if I had known this.
So beware and read the small print!
I eventually got an agreement to return the chair after numerous messages and emails but at my expense it has cost in total £59 to have this chair delivered and returned an expensive mistake.
I found the customer services very difficult to liaise with and very matter of fact.
Amy who arranged the return did however manage the collection well.
This was a very frustrating and stressful experience and I will not be using this company again.

The Snail Armchair is perfect for my library. The brown leather and swivel feature make it ideal for reading and relaxation.
