Chairs are very nice, but oh my, the customer service is terrible ! Deliveries are left outside on porches without any notiification or attempt to arrange in advance (seriolusly, they left two large boxes delivered quite late one evening when I was away, and discovered on my return in the morning), screws are missing and when replacements are sent they don't fit, and correspondence with Wellai is extremely frustrating. For example, I had to write 5 emails to ask about a missing delivery, and the responses were frankly completely irrelevant to my query. I can only assume they are not English language speakers at the other end, and are using very poor translation software (for which there is no excuse nowadays). Order at your peril ....
