It takes a little time and patience to get used to the Imola chair, but I am now enjoying its flexibility, especially when working at my computer. The delivery of the chair was on time and efficient, and the instructions are clear.

Chair arrived within the '10 day' window and delivered at the time advised (received an email the day before to notify the delivery time - nice touch). The chair itself is very well designed and extremely comfortable. Well pleased!

Excellent service, fast delivery and I'm very pleased with the quality and comfort of the product. My only critiscism would be that the colour was a considerably ligther than I was expecting on the website, but it's not a big issue.

The Imola chair is very comfortable. I appreciate the choice of upholstery colour, the various options such as footstool or chair leg, and the fact that the item is delivered ready assembled with minimum wrapping. Very satisfied, thank you.

I saw an ad for Weilai concept and read a number of reviews which all endorsed the company's products. Delivery was in reasonable time given they are assembled to order, and I received an email the day before to confirm I would be in. I am sitting in the chair as I write and am very pleased with it.

I have received my Imola chair and it is exactly as described on the website. It is very comfortable to sit in and after only a couple of days use it is making a significant difference to my posture as it really helps me to hold myself up properly. The chair is well made and looks like it will last a long time.

Initial contact: friendly, very helpful and professional. Delivery: on time and the chair was already assembled. Product: generous seat, but really good quality, waterfall front to the seat, excellent value for money.

I am really happy with my chair, the back is especially comfortable with the mesh and support, and the wide seat is great for a long day.

I work from home all day and was struggling to find a good chair. This one blows my mind! The back rest is perfect and so good that I threw away my crappy Amazon lumbar pillow because you don't even need it for this chair. I never leave reviews but this company is the best. Will be ordering again. Well worth the money.

The courier was really helpful. the box was too big to get it through the door. He helped me to get the chair out of the box before he went on to do the rest of his deliveries.
