They cancelled my May review, so here I am, writing it again. This is a FRAUDOLENT COMPANY - avoid at all costs. In May 2025 we purchesed this item (Gabriel sofa - 200 cm). The sofa we received was nothing like the one advertised on the website. Weilai refused to take it back and I had to sell the awful sofa on Gumtree for 25% of what we paid. Simply check the pictures below. We are currently reporting them to Trading Standards.

Sofa is very hard and stiff, uncomfortable and firm to lie on

Second time writing a review as they deleted my previous one. AWFUL company, AWFUL sofa. Weilai delete honest reviews and post AI generated ones. Sofa was awful and not as advertised. Returning was impossible. Had to go through the credit card company to get the money back as Weilai refused to accept the sofa was not as advertised. Still refuse to pick up the sofa.
And to Weilai, I say this. You can delete my reviews but I will be checking daily and I will post an honest review everyday until you stop deleting and improve your practices. You have been reported to Trading Standards

I don't know much about it but the sofa is really big and comfortable, the sides and maybe even the whole thing should be more solid but for this price it's really a good sofa bed.

I ordered it a few days ago and Got it in 2 days. Very impressive about the delivery speed. Quality is not bad.

It's a centerpiece in my living room, especially in the elegant black hue.
